29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about March 31, 2023 and prior employee(s) were exposed to amputation and crushing hazards from unguarded ingoing nip points from the moving rollers while feeding material into the 3 Roll Forming machine. Location: Building 305-Process Heat Fabrication Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
