(a) 5095 Paris Street, Denver CO: On or about April 21, 2023, and at times prior, employees are exposed to shock hazards while using equipment attached to flexible cord that was observed running through holes in the wall from the warehouse to the heat treatment area. (b) 5095 Paris Street, Denver CO: On or about April 21, 2023, and at times prior, employees are exposed to shock hazards while using equipment attached to flexible cord that was observed running through holes in the wall in the magnetic particle inspection booth.
