Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.   a) Milford Police Station in the area of 401 NE Front Street in Milford, DE 19963: On or about April 19, 2023, CSHO observed employees performing window/trim installation work on the roof of a newly constructed entry way/front door at an approximate height of 12 feet above the ground level.  Employees worked on the roof of the entryway without any other type of fall protection system in place.
