29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) 498 Canterbury Road, Milford, DE 19963: On or about April 19, 2023, employees observed working at/near unguarded protruding reinforcing steel from the ground where they walked across to access the work area and worked above on the roof, exposing them to impalement hazards.
