Effective January 1, 1998, body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system. Note: The use of a body belt in a positioning device system is acceptable and is regulated under paragraph (e) of this section. a) 277 Golfridge Dr. Inlet Beach FL. 32413: On and prior to 12 April 2023, employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that improper harnesses were used while conducting roofing tasks at heights of approximately 27 feet.
