29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:  (a) 1212 Main Street, Kalispell, MT: On or about April 20, 2023 and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Bronco Catastrophe Services Inc., did not ensure its sub-contractor, Sky Construction Inc., protected their employees in that employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet to the ground below while installing TPO roofing membrane.
