29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) On or about April 24, 2023, and at times prior, the employer, Scientific Application & Research Associates, Inc., had not ensured surfaces of the workplace were kept free from Lead in a manner that was as low as practicable. Based on Lead wipe sampling data of various surfaces, employees were potentially overexposed to lead due to a poorly implemented housekeeping program. Lead wipe samples ranged from 0 to 4,935 micrograms per 100 cubic centimeters on various working and eating surfaces.
