29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail. On or about: April 24, 2023 Location: 2 Tokay Lane, Monsey, NY 10952 a) Two (2) workers installing plumbing for heating on the 2nd floor of a 2-story single family residential home used a stairway without a handrail to ascend to the 2nd floor. Workers exposed to fall and trip hazard.
