29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Top of the Second Floor, North Wall: On or about April 25, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19.5 feet, in that the employees were not properly trained to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards while removing roofing material from the top of a multi-residential site without a fall protection system in place.
