29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(1):All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of ACM waste and debris and accompanying dust: a) At the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers Cottage Grove Dam Rangers' Station, located at 75819 SHORTRIDGE HILL RD. Cottage Grove OR: On or about and at times prior to 04-25-2023, where floor walls and ceiling tiles containing Asbestos were visibly deteriorated and not intact, with holes drilled and fryable Asbestos edges observed, the employer failed to ensure that the surfaces in the area were as free as possible of Asbestos containing dust.
