At the time of the inspection these workers were either wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to an anchor with a lanyard, wearing full body harnesses that were connected to a pump jack scaffold's post brace with a lanyard or not wearing a full body harness.  Condition observed on or about 04/25/23.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
