29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a - 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 Sage Way, Mount Laurel NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below, when they were working and walking next the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 04/25/23. a - 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 Sage Way, Mount Laurel NJ: Workers engaged in framing, and other related activities, were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 10 feet 5 inches to the concrete flooring below when walking and working from a residential structure's interior wall frame's top plates without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 04/25/23.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) a - 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 Sage Way, Mount Laurel NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 11 feet 6 inches to surfaces below when they were walking/working next to unprotected edges and when walking/working from a residential structure's interior wall frame's top plates without the use of fall protection. These workers had not received fall protection training as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii). Condition noted on or about 04/25/23. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
