29 CFR 1910.1048(d)(2)(ii): The initial monitoring process was not repeated each time there was a change in production, equipment, process, personnel, or control measures which could have resulted in new or additional exposure to formaldehyde: a) Crown Holdings, Inc. dba Crown Cork & Seal Co. Inc. - 1650 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331 - On or about April 26, 2023, the employer did not repeat the initial monitoring process when the chemical GPSP-PPG5201-801 was introduced in the workplace during the coating process. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
