On the roof of a temporary residential worksite, located at 1430 River Hills Cedar East, Jacksonville, Florida 32211: On or about April 26, 2023, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection complying with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z87 standard was not utilized by employees operating pneumatic nail guns to install roofing materials.
