29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i):29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee is protected from falling through any hole (including skylights) that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level by one or more of the following methods listed in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i)(A)-(D): a) Paint and CTL work platform: On or about April 26, 2023, and at times prior, around 10 employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet, in that no fall protection was provided to employees to prevent them from falling through holes in the work platform at the workplace.
