29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   (a): Interior Shelving/Racking - Eight employees working on top of the first level of shelving/racking which was 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by any method of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet while working from the shelving/racking. One employee fell from the shelving/raking resulting in multiple fractures , on or about April 11, 2023.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
