29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) 2400 W. Main St. Norristown, PA - On or about April 27, 2023 an employee connecting a Glulam Wood Truss approximately 12 feet above the lower level was not protected from falling.  b) 2400 W. Main St. Norristown, PA - On or about April 27, 2023 an employee walking on the 4/12 sloped roof decking was not protected from falling approximately 15 feet to the level below.
