OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that that employees were exposed to crushed by hazards while lifting a curtain wall skids onto skates. On or about April 26, 2023, on the 7th floor of the Citizen M Hotel site at 408 Newbury Street, Boston, MA 02115, two Metro Glass & Metal LLC employees were exposed to crushed by hazards when the curtain wall skid they were lifting tipped and fell on them.
