29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about April 27, 2023, at 1005 NW 4th Terrance, Florida City, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing roof trusses at approximately 19 feet from ground level without any means of fall protection.
