29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): a.) 5 Wits Plymouth Meeting, Inc.; 400 Millcreek Mall Boulevard, Erie, PA - On or about 4/25/23, and at times prior thereto, employees were walking and working on top of the 'adventures'. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 7 feet. The employer did not provide any fall protection to the employees while working on the elevated areas. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

And/or the employer did not ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017. a.) 5 Wits Plymouth Meeting, Inc.; 400 Millcreek Mall Boulevard, Erie, PA - On or about 4/25/23, and at times prior thereto, employees were walking and working on top of the 'adventures'. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 7 feet.. The employer did not provide fall protection training to the employees.
