The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:  (a) 1110 Commerce Blvd, Logan Township NJ: Workers engaged in painting activities were exposed to fall hazards over 25 feet to the ground surface below, when operating from the basket of a JLG  600AJ Telescopic Boom Lift working on the wall of a commercial structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 04/25/2023.
