29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1):  Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii)  a. On or about April 27, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting stucco operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold, approximately (35) thirty-five feet above the ground, were not provided with working levels that were fully planked, thereby exposing the employee to falls.  V.E.G. Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634635, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 999 Rosemary Road, Lake Forest, IL 60045.

On or about April 27, 2023, at the above referenced jobsite, an employee working from tubular welded frame scaffolding was not provided with proper access to a work platform being used at an elevation of approximately (35) thirty-five feet above the ground.  V.E.G. Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634635, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 999 Rosemary Road, Lake Forest, IL 60045.
