At the jobsite, located at 2540 Knights Station Rd. Lakeland, FL 33810; on or about 4/9/23, the employer exposed employees to crushing and amputation hazards in that machine guarding around the entirety of the Extrusion Line Tail Stretcher FS0533 was not provided for employees while conducting aluminum metal stretching operations with the closing jaws.
