29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: At the job site located at 7405 Hedge Lane Ter., Shawnee, Kansas, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 27 feet in height from a 3 story building to the ground below. A fall protection system was not in place to keep the employees from falling, employees were wearing harnesses, but they were not tied off. MR. OMAR BALLEZA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1440640, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON 1/31/2020 WITH THE FINAL ORDER DATE OF 3/23/2020, WITH RESPECT TO A JOB SITE LOCATED AT 12100 S.
