29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) New residential construction located on Lot #303 at 1149 Gilbert Court, Stockbridge, GA 30281, on top plate; On or about 04/17/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 21-feet 6-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.
