29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   a) Swimming Pool Pump and Filter System Room: on or about 04-28-2023, the employer did not ensure that an appropriate eye wash equipment was available at location for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes in the event of a chemical eye exposure to the "Muriatic Acid 30%" or "Sodium Hypechlorite 12.5%", category 1 eye corrosives. The employer made available eye-wash stations with bottles of saline solution to employees, for temporary First-Aid use in the event of an emergency so the exposed employee can reach the closest eye-wash.
