29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) New residential construction located on Lot  #66, Braselton Village subdivision, Braselton, GA 30517: On or about March 23, 2023,  the employer exposed employees to eye injuries while operating circular saws and pneumatic siding nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in siding installation activities.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) New residential construction located on Lot  #66, Braselton Village subdivision Braselton, GA 30044: On or about March 23, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10-ft. to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in Hardie-Plank siding installation activities.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii).   a) New residential construction located on Lot 66, Braselton Village Subdivision, Braselton, GA 30517: On or about March 23, 2023, the employer failed to provide fall protection training, in that workers were not provided with the training to recognize fall related hazards while working from heights over 6-feet from the lower level.
