Employee(s) working at 7405 Hedge Lane Terrace, Shawnee, Kansas, were exposed to fall hazards while building stairs that ascended from a stair platform. The stair platform was not provided with guardrails on two sides exposing employee(s) to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
