A) 59 Congress Street, Harrison: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not braced at the bottom. The employees were not wearing any type of fall protection either. The employees were exposed to falls/scaffold collapse hazards, on or about January 18th, 2023.
