29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel. 1) At the workplace located at 1550 East 94th Street, Kansas City MO, 64131, employees were exposed to power-operated industrial trucks that were not in safe operating condition and were not removed from service as required. A powered industrial truck Model 4750 was observed to have had an inoperable horn and was not taken out of service.
