29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1):Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards. a) 6832 Ridge Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19128, north bound lane - On or about May 3, 2023, the employer did not ensure the construction area was posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards. Employees were re-directing traffic for an active excavation site along the street and sidewalk without traffic signs thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards. b) 6832 Ridge Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19128, south bound lane - On or about May 3, 2023, the employer did not ensure the construction area was posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards.
