29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6):Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). a) At or near 7-11 Michigan Ave, Paterson NJ - Pump Jack Scaffold - Michigan Ave Façade: employees were exposed to electric hazards while installing Hardiplank Siding Panels from a pump jack scaffold platform that was approximately 5 feet from a 13KV energized primary line, on or about a period from 4/3/23 to 4/28/23.
