29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): Employee(s) were using Tyco TFP-600 Blazemaster CPVC Cement to install sprinkler piping at the job site located at 906 West Street, Tonganoxie, Kansas were not provided access to safety data sheets. Tyco TFP-600 Blazemaster CPVC Cement is highly flammable and exposure can cause pulmonary edema, pneumonitis, eye and skin irritation.
