29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Production Floor - CN7A/DN8A TNL Pad, Daehan Solution Alabama, LLC. 9101 County Road 26, Hope Hull  AL; On or about March 2, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation and crush-by hazards in that employees are required to operate and work near/around the CN7A/DN8A TNL Pad press which had its right side guard missing when the press was in operation.
