On or about: May 3, 2023 Location: 14 Dover Chester Road, Randolph, NJ 07869 a) Employees who were engaged in roofing activities on the 6 on 12 pitched of commercial building were exposed to a fall of approximately 20-ft to the ground below as a personal fall arrest system, guardrail system, or safety net were not being used.
