29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: (a)TexaKota Builders LLC at 5220 South Marion Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On or about and at times prior to April 6, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure an accident prevention program was developed and implemented for the work environment to include regular inspections of the jobsite, materials, and equipment; conducted by a competent person. Employees were conducting framing operations on a residential property without the use of fall protection, lack of PPE, and lack of training prior to being exposed to hazards. This condition exposed employees to fall and other hazards while working on the site.
