29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9)(i): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying and related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone: a) Latitude 42 Apartments, Building 5: On April 28, 2023 a mason was unprotected from a 12.5 to 14 foot fall while installing bricks from a first-story roof above a wall bump out without fall protection.
