29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) Building Lag-27: On or about 05/02/2023, extension cords used to supply power to a portable miter saw was not used according to its listing and labeling in that two (2) 100ft extension cords were daisy chained together. No abatement certification or documentation required.
