The employer authorized sub-contractor employees to perform a tandem lift crane operation and did not provide the verified weight of the load to the crane operators. The sub-contractor employees engaged in tandem lift crane operations to hoist fa�ade wall panels to the second floor of the building under construction without verified load weights. Violation was observed on or about May 4, 2023
