Employee operating in this condition was exposed to struck by injuries from falling objects such as overhead framing materials (trusses).

On or about May 4, 2023 at the address of 71 Put-In Bay Road, Put-In OH 43456: The employer did not ensure that an employee utilizing a scissor lift (model Skyjack SJ6826RT) to perform framing work activities (installing trusses) was adequately protected from falls. The employee stood on the platform's mid-rails as a means of increasing their working height and as a result was exposed to fall hazards of 13 feet or greater to the ground below.
