29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about May 3, 2023, at a construction site in Magnolia, TX, employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from a Mec 34-J aerial lift to install stucco to the exterior of a newly constructed commercial building, without a personal fall arrest system or lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift.
