29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:   a) On or about May 5th, 2023, at the lobby area next to the front desk, a fire extinguisher (dry chemical, model 10HISA80ABC) was obstructed by a chair, exposing employees to fire hazards.  No Abatement Certification Required    b) On or about May 5th, 2023, at 350 Carlos Chardon Avenue, San Juan PR 00918 office, three dry-chemical fire extinguishers (two of them, model 10HISA80ABC and one of them model PD10LBAL) were observed without signs to identify them exposing employees to fire hazards.   NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903 (c) and (d) respectively.
