When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. a) Establishment, 113 Charles Lindbergh Dr.: On or about May 5, 2023, the compliance officer requested the OSHA 300 logs for YTD 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020. The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. The logs for 2020, 2021 and 2022 were received on May 10, 2023 and the information for 2023 was received May 17, 2023.
