29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):""Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected. Employees were engaged in framing activities at a new construction residential building located at 11002 Reynolds St., Omaha, NE 68142, and were exposed to fall hazards in that the employees were working in excess of 6-feet while conducting residential framing operations .
