On or about 26 April 2023, at Antilles Gas, St. Croix, VI. An advance state of corrosion in the outer lining/layer was observed and no paint coatings were in place to compensate for the corrosion loss on the diesel storage tank and on the LPG pipping connections. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
