This was most recently documented on May 4, 2023 at a residential construction jobsite located at 10020 High Tower Road, Lincoln, Nebraska. The employer had utilized particle board for eleven mudsills and two base plates were missing.

This was most recently documented on May 4, 2023 at a residential construction jobsite located at 10020 High Tower Road, Lincoln, Nebraska. The employer had not inspected scaffolding for defects during a five-day period where platforms above 10 feet were not protected and not fully planked.  Thirteen mudsills and baseplates were improperly maintained and installed.

This was most recently documented on May 4, 2023 at a residential construction jobsite located at 10020 High Tower Road, Lincoln, Nebraska. The employer had not protected all outside edges of the platform with guard rails nor were employees utilizing personal fall arrest systems when working above 10 feet.
