29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were maintained in a legible condition: At a worksite located at 2203 East McCarty Street, Jefferson City, MO, employees were exposed to struck-by, caught under, and crushing hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to operate a powered industrial truck in the wet/dry plant that was missing labels for the controls that operate the forks of the powered industrial truck.
