29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. (a) 333 E. Seventh Ave. York, PA - On or about May 7, 2023, employees were working on a roof with an unguarded hole in the roof, approximately 36 feet above the lower level, without the employees utilizing any means of fall protection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
