29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) Toaster Line #4, 4501 Viking Way, Loveland CO: On or about May 8, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards from rotating parts and ingoing nip points while utilizing an unguarded mixing blender (Westrock #13564; Model 510 500LB).
