29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space were not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. On or about 9 May 2023, Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, inc. dba. Love's Travel Stop located at 8349 Enterprise Road in Bloomsdale, Missouri exposed employees to electrical and fire hazards by not providing sufficient access and working space around electrical equipment. All electrical panel boxes in the electrical room were blocked by boxes.
